Diagnostic: Presentation of first ideas and sketchings of the designed project. Examination of the different alternatives with the client.

 

Development:

•  A preproject is handed over with the principal design suggestions now set out and detailed, together with a first estimate of cost.

•  Once the preproject has been accepted by the client, a full detailed project is elaborated, including idea and technical descriptions, drafts and drawing designs, costs, and work planning.
